As a side note, I actually didn’t put this together at first, but since Mayday is the first part of the Homemade series, I didn’t really think to connect it to the fact that he literally made his own homemade recipe and created a beautiful woman out of it. I thought it would have been neat to maybe have Joy do some ad libs even at the end of the song to give it a little extra flavor, but she played her part so beautifully in this song. So I think this part of the MV is interesting as we see him take up some kind of hand to hand combat training from the man that saved him earlier on.
