Exploring the further adventures of Carmen and Juni Cortez, who have now joined the family spy business as Level 2 OSS agents. After an acrimonious break up, the Mystery Inc. gang are individually brought to an island resort to investigate strange goings on. However, Odie is then abducted and it is up to Jon's cat, Garfield, to find and rescue the canine.
Their new mission is to save the world from a mad scientist living on a volcanic island populated by an imaginative menagerie of creatures. It's up to Juni to save his sister, and ultimately the world.
