This is a rather terrible cliché..and one that just doesn't make much sense. I think this made no sense because it's hard to imagine that the leader of a powerful branch of the mob, Capone's successor, would bother to get involved in such goings on. A trucker turned prize fighter, his brother and their pet orangutan have a series of misadventures involving the mob, corrupt cops, motorcycle gangs and pretty dames. A gun-fighting stranger comes to the small settlement of Lago and is hired to bring the townsfolk together in an attempt to hold off three outlaws who are on their way. Because of this, the mob needs to find new sources of revenue...and Nitti and his 'friends' have decided to start extorting money out of movie theaters.
