If you're looking for a home not too far from the city with more affordability, The suburb is perfectly located for families, with access to good schools, shops, the library and busway. Redcliffe also has good access to employment.With its hilly terrain and extensive bushlands, Shailer Park is classified as having one of the city’s more alluring landscapes.

Its congestion score was its poorest — not surprising given the major roads that run through the suburb.While Runcorn may be located a fair distance from the CBD – about 19 kilometres – its residents have some of the best access to a train network in the city, according to the study.
