I would honestly give StockX customer service a 3 thumbs down as they seriously lack to provide any type of service at all yet they have the nerve to tax us and charge some very outrageous fees. Currently, we are experiencing COVID-19 related delays. Thanks for your patience! There are pros and cons to being both a seller and buyer of StockX.
Contact StockX Customer Service . According to the policy on their website it should take 7-10 days to get paid out, They are past the 10 day mark they had set out due to delays.I sent them an item I had sold on 7/19 nd they received it on 7/22 and now we are on 8/31 and I still haven’t received my payout and when I try to reach them they told me it would take just 14 business days and still absolutely nothing from them, terrible to do business with specially since they didn’t mention any of of those before the sale. And while I agree customer service is still the area in greatest need of continual improvement, how about some self accountability again amongst the 90 % complaining.
If you were, you wouldn't bother to post complaints. The real solution was for StockX to contact their seller and demand that they send in the missing product but they refused to do that. I love StockX only thing I wish u guys would do is cut a break on that processing fee plush shipping n handling sheesh it’s Covid 19 goin on Once they ship to StockX, they verify fast and ship quick and it comes in 3 days or less. I ordered 3 pair of shoes from here.
